What is included

The 48 PDF count represents 24 unique form designs supplied in two paper sizes. It does not mean 48 different form designs. A Start Here Guide is included to explain the package and basic use.

Choose A4 or US Letter

Use the A4 folder when your printer, office workflow or local paper standard uses A4. Use the US Letter folder when you work primarily with 8.5 × 11 inch paper. The form purpose and content are equivalent; the page layout is adapted to the selected paper size.

For consistent records, choose one page-size family for normal day-to-day use rather than mixing sizes without a reason.

Fill forms on screen

1. Extract the downloaded package before editing individual files.
2. Open the required A4 or US Letter PDF in a current desktop PDF application that supports interactive form fields.
3. Enter information only in the intended fillable fields.
4. Use Save As to create a client-, pet- or booking-specific working copy while preserving the original blank form.
5. Reopen the saved copy and confirm the entered information is still present before relying on it as a business record.

Some text fields are configured to accommodate longer entries by reducing the displayed text size as needed. Rendering can vary between PDF applications, so verify the saved result in the application you intend to use.

Print clean copies

Select the same paper size in the print dialog as the PDF version you opened: A4 for the A4 file or Letter for the US Letter file. Start with Actual Size / 100% where your printer supports the page margins correctly. If your printer clips the outer edge, use its fit-to-printable-area option and review the preview before printing multiple copies.

You can print a blank copy for handwriting or print a completed copy after filling the form on screen.

PDF compatibility

The toolkit uses interactive PDF form fields. For the most predictable editing and saving behavior, use a current desktop PDF reader that supports standard interactive PDF forms. Browser PDF previews, mobile viewers and third-party preview apps can differ in how they display, autosize, save or print form-field content.

Troubleshooting

I can type, but my text is missing after reopening

Confirm that you edited a downloaded local copy rather than a temporary browser preview, then use Save or Save As in a PDF application that supports interactive form fields. Reopen the saved file to verify persistence.

Long text looks too small or appears clipped

Long entries can trigger field autosizing. First test the file in a current desktop PDF application. If the entry remains difficult to read, shorten the wording where practical and keep essential detail in the form rather than forcing excessive text into one field.

The printed form is cropped or scaled strangely

Check that the PDF version and printer paper size match. Review the print preview and use Actual Size / 100% first; use fit-to-printable-area only when your printer margins require it.

I opened the wrong page size

Return to the original package and choose the equivalent form from the A4 or US Letter folder. Do not resize the PDF manually as a substitute for using the supplied page-size version.

A browser or phone displays the form differently

Viewer behavior can vary. Verify the same file in a desktop PDF application before reporting a layout or field issue.

File and data safety

Keep the original blank package as your reset copy and create separate working copies for real records. Completed forms may contain client, pet, contact, access, payment-status or service information. Store, transmit, retain and delete those records according to your business security and privacy obligations.

Support

For a technical issue, include the form name, page size (A4 or US Letter), the PDF application/device you used and a concise description of what happened. Do not send sensitive client or pet data unless it is necessary and appropriate for the support request.
