This toolkit is the operations and client-experience layer of the SellerFuture Pet Care Systems ecosystem. It is designed to help pet sitters, dog walkers and small pet-care businesses document client setup, service fit, safety decisions, emergency planning, extended care, coverage, handoffs and service follow-up.

These forms do not perform automatic calculations, linked lookups, cloud synchronization or automated decision-making. Enter and review the information yourself before relying on or sharing a completed form.

Quick-start workflow

  1. Choose A4 or US Letter and work from one size consistently.
  2. Keep the original folder untouched and make working copies before entering real information.
  3. Open the PDF in a reliable reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop is recommended for the most consistent fill, save and print behavior.
  4. Fill only the forms that match the client, pet, risk, service and operational situation.
  5. Save with a clear repeatable filename such as ClientName_FormName_Date.pdf.
  6. Reopen the saved file before sending or printing and confirm text, checkboxes and radio selections remain visible.

Not every client or service requires every form. Choose the smallest set that accurately documents the work you provide and the information you genuinely need.

Choose A4 or US Letter

The two folders contain the same 24 forms with equivalent fillable fields. Use A4 for A4 paper workflows or US Letter for 8.5 × 11 inch workflows. If you work digitally only, choose one version and use it consistently.

How the fillable controls work

Text fields: type directly into the fillable field area. Text uses a fixed readable size rather than shrinking indefinitely.

Checkboxes: square controls allow more than one relevant option.

Radio buttons: round controls are used for exclusive choices; selecting one replaces the other choice in that group.

If important information is substantially longer than a field can comfortably display, attach a separate note or supporting document rather than forcing excessive text into the box.

Four real-world workflows

New Client + Service Fit

01 New Client Inquiry → 02 Meet & Greet → 03 Client & Service Fit Assessment → 04 Service Quote & Estimate → 05 New Client Setup.

Safety + Permissions

07 Behavior & Handling → 08 Dog Walking Safety as relevant → 09 Off-Leash Consent / 10 Transportation / 11 Weather / 12 Media permissions as needed.

Emergency + Extended Care

13 Lost Pet Plan → 14 Evacuation & Continuity → 15 Backup Caregiver → 16 Special Needs → 17 Overnight Instructions → 18 House Sitting Home Care as relevant.

Operations + Client Experience

19 Arrival & Departure → 20 Supply Inventory → 21 Handover Notes / 22 Coverage Visit → 23 Client Feedback → 24 Completion & Follow-Up.

Printing

Print from the folder that matches your paper size. Use Actual Size / 100% when the printer supports the selected paper, or Fit only when needed for printer margins. Check print preview before producing operational copies.

PDF compatibility

If fields look or behave differently in a browser or mobile preview, download the file and open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop. Browser and mobile viewers can differ in how they display, save or print interactive fields.

Save, reopen and test-print any record that will be used operationally.

Privacy + security

Some forms may contain addresses, access arrangements, emergency contacts, veterinary details, mobility information or other sensitive client and pet data. Record only what is operationally necessary, store completed forms securely, and avoid copying security credentials into unrelated forms.

Completed forms remain under your control. Apply the privacy, security, retention and sharing requirements relevant to your business and location.

Troubleshooting

My changes disappear after reopening

Confirm that you edited a downloaded local copy rather than a temporary browser preview. Save or Save As in a desktop PDF application, then reopen the saved file to verify persistence.

A field looks different on my phone or in the browser

Viewer behavior varies. Test the same file in Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop before assuming the PDF is damaged.

The printed page is cropped

Make sure the PDF version and printer paper size match. Review the print preview, try Actual Size / 100% first, and use Fit only when required by printer margins.

I need more room for an answer

Keep the operational wording concise. For genuinely longer information, use a separate note or supporting document rather than forcing excessive text into the field.

Support

For a technical issue, include the form name, page size, PDF application/device and a concise description of what happened. Do not send sensitive client or pet information unless it is necessary and appropriate for the support request.
