Compatibility
Best experience is Microsoft Excel desktop. No macros are required. Choose currency and distance unit before building pricing; these settings update labels and do not convert existing values.
Excel edition: this workbook has not been designed as a Google Sheets or Apple Numbers workbook. Importing it elsewhere may change formulas, dropdowns, charts or formatting.

Troubleshooting
Pricing output looks incomplete
Complete SETUP & GOALS, add valid services and resolve upstream CHECK messages before trusting downstream outputs. CLEAN intentionally avoids false economics before setup.
Dashboard looks empty
Correct the source sheet rather than typing over Dashboard outputs. The dashboard summarizes valid upstream data; it does not create it.
Values do not recalculate
In Excel, confirm calculation is set to Automatic, then save and reopen the workbook.
A rate-sheet warning remains
Review the service-level holiday uplift, recurring discount, add-pet override and Recurring Applies? setting. Fix invalid inputs upstream rather than overwriting automatic outputs.
